No Mow Zone Interpretive Signs

No Mow Zones provide critical habitat for many species of insect, bird and mammal. The plants that crow in these areas provide food, shelter, and a nesting site for these species. The purpose of this project is to draw attention to these areas on SUNY Fredonia's campus and encourage people to look closer at the species around them. The series of signs informs people of the different species they might find in the no mow zones as well as what the importance of these areas is.
